    How much does structural construction cost in Istria?

    The indicative starting price is from €350 plus Croatian VAT per m². The final price depends on the plans, site, structure, access and agreed scope. The quote specifies how the area is measured and which works are included.

    What affects the final construction price?

    The size and complexity of the building, ground conditions, materials, site access and precisely agreed work all matter. A starting price cannot replace a project-specific quote.

    What does turnkey construction include?

    The agreed construction phases through to a finished space. Materials and finishes are specified in the quote.

    When can you estimate the construction schedule?

    We can discuss a preliminary schedule after reviewing the plans, site and scope. The timing depends on the project and the phases we undertake.
